Wonderful and absolutely fabulous hotel, the idea of having twin/double room was great. The room we had included central heating, a safe box, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The staff was ready to assist, attentive people. The location turned out to be favourable. This venue was set in a very lively area.

The a double room was tastefully decorated and had central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe. The location was marvellous and lovely for walking around a high-end shopping mall. Further, it was very close to coffee shops, Jett bus station, and Easy to come / go from Amman.

The twin/double room is huge and has central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent in a very lively area, so close to the mall as well as restaurants and cafes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the variety of options available for breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

Good location for airport & motorway connection to Petra. Reasonable price. Free wifi. Surrounding area is quite modern for shopping and less dirty than the city centre.
Room not cleaned until requested. Towels not changed. Grotty carpet & dirty fridge/microwave. Didn't seem used to western travellers.
